Welcome to the official site for the LOCUS/CALOCUS Training and Web-based Application Initiative. Responses to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) below provides LOCUS/CALOCUS trainers within DC DMH’s Core Service Agency network with the latest in training materials, resources and schedules. Direct service providers within the DMH network can also find information and forms for requesting a user account for DMH’s web-based LOCUS/CALOCUS application and accessing information and demo’s on how to use the system.
 
 
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
 
 1.    
I have been identified to serve as a LOCUS/CALOCUS trainer for my agency. How do I register to sign up for a LOCUS/CALOCUS training-of-trainers session?
DMH will be providing training-of-trainer (TOT) sessions on a weekly basis through June 2009, and quarterly thereafter. If your agency serves adults, you can register for one of these trainings by clicking on the link for the LOCUS TOT session below. If your agency serves children, adolescents and families, you should register by clicking on the CALOCUS TOT session link. If you have not been identified to serve as an agency-based trainer by your agency’s Clinical Director, you must be scheduled to attend training through your agency. Contact the DMH Training Institute at dmh.training@dc.gov if you have specific questions about the training or registration.

I am a direct service provider within a core service or DMH provider agency who must complete the LOCUS/CALOCUS with my consumers. How do I request a user account so I can complete my LOCUS/CALOCUS assessments on line?
Click on the link below and follow the instructions for completing both the Training Request and Account Request Forms. Consult with your agency-based trainer for more information.

I am a direct service provider within a core service or DMH provider agency who must complete the LOCUS/CALOCUS with my consumers. Who is my agency’s LOCUS/CALOCUS trainer?
