Provider and Professional Staff Training and Education Opportunities

To ensure that District residents receive the most up-to date, state-of-the-art best practices in treatment services, APRA’s  Training and Education Center offers education and training opportunities for members of its provider network and professional staff.

Coordinating and working with a wide range of community partners and consultants, the Center offers its providers best practices treatment and prevention education in several areas, including treatment planning, clinical documentation, electronic client records, case management skills, and fee for service billing. Technical assistance is also offered in the areas of clinical supervision, train the trainer, and ethics. These educational modules are delivered through webinars, instructor led trainings, online trainings and classroom instruction.

Providers may enroll in APRA training courses by downloading,  completing, and returning the APRA Training Application [PDF].
