Emancipation Proclamation Poster Design Competition Launched by DCCAH and DC Lottery Board

The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH), in partnership with the DC Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board, will be launching a poster design competition to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation. The competition deadline is Friday, September 21, 2012.

DMH contracts with community based providers to provide mental health services and supports. You can contact a provider of your choice directly or call the Access Helpline for assistance. DMH certifies each provider to ensure conformity to federal and District regulations and monitors quality of care.
