This training will provide participants with ways to utilize the “My Little World” music series to implement 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity into their Early Childhood learning environments. The participants will be introduced to ideas for including music and movement in their daily routines that will provide an outlet for their children’s high energy levels and creativity. Participants will learn ways to connect music and movement to all areas of the child’s development and learning.

Providers

DBH contracts with community based providers to provide mental health services and supports. You can contact a provider of your choice directly or call the Access Helpline for assistance. DBH certifies each provider to ensure conformity to federal and District regulations and monitors quality of care.

It’s important for us all to learn to recognize the symptoms of depression so we can get help for ourselves or for others when it’s needed.
